– Visit the Microsoft password reset portal:
– Enter your NewSchool email address and click “Next.”
– Select “Forgot password.”
– Choose your preferred authentication method (phone number or personal email) for identity verification.
– Retrieve and enter the authentication code sent to your chosen method.
– Follow the prompts to create a new password.
Once your new password is set, you can access the Office 365 Homepage and the Student portal using your NewSchool email address and the updated password. Confirm the password change by logging into “Office.com” immediately.
NOTE:Â While Office.com access is instant, some backend systems such as “Canvas” and the “Student Portal” may take up to an hour to synchronize after changes.

Our campus community has access to in-house print services, which include large format printing, binding, oversize scans, automated paper cutting and more. Large format printing, scanning, and plotting are provided for an extra fee. Reach out to the Print Center for pricing information.
